We were first greeted by a very nice and helpful lady who was very knowledgeable about the mattresses. She showed us the one we wanted to look at, then made some very helpful suggestions. We'd pretty much made up our mind when we were introduced to our salesperson Val. Val was also very helpful and really helped us make our final decision. We went to MattressFirm because of their sale, and the whole buying experience was pleasant. We'll even get our new mattress delivered tomorrow, can't beat that.

5 stars without a doubt! We were greeted by Maria, who everyone should ask for at this location. She is so patient and professional, and not pushy what so ever. Feels like we have know her our whole life. She walked us through almost every single mattress in the store until we found the perfect match! 100% recommend working with her. Thank you again!

Val had greeted us the moment we walked into the store. She was very courteous and friendly. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about the products for our needs. What I admired most about her demeanor is that she was not aggressive nor did she push to make a sale.
