Paul is very knowledgeable about the different mattresses, helpful without being pushy. I purchased my mattress in March and went back recently for a mattress protector which happened to be on sale. I was in and out in no time. Excellent customer service and a great warranty even on the mattress protector! I would highly recommend Mattress Firm on Tully Road.

Great place to go, Paul, manager, was very knowledgeable with mattresses. He was very friendly, treated me with patience, and let me take as long as I wanted to test out different mattresses, and compared with other mattresses in the store. Paul was easy to work with during the price negotiation. I had a great shopping experience there, and definitely will refer families and friends to shop with Paul at Mattresses Firm.

We had a lot of questions because my wife and I have not purchased a mattress in a long time. Mauro Bucio was unbelievably patient with us as he explained the process of how our investment would be beneficial. There was NO vibe of the stereotypical “pushy salesman” from him. Every explanation he gave (and even the questions he asked) showed that he had our best interest in mind. In the end, we walked away with a date for the delivery of our mattress, and a newfound respect and admiration for what can only be described as customer service at its absolute finest! If ANYONE purchases a mattress (or any bedding for that matter) and didn’t go to Mattress Firm, they certainly did NOT make a “Firm” decision! There is no chance my wife and I will go anywhere else for any future bedding needs except Mattress Firm!
