Lincoln was an amazing person to work with. He is very insightful as you describe the things you need. He wasn’t “salesman” like at all, not pushy just very helpful. They had a great selection and we learned about things we never would have known about beds and you spend 1/3 of each day on your bed, so it is good if you have something that works for you.

I am sooo glad I came into mattress firm to buy my mattress!! After a horrible online experience purchasing my initial mattress, I came into the Ventura store desperately needing some help with the return! I was so beyond frustrated with the horrible lack of customer service I received online, I was ready to be done and just go somewhere else!! Then I met Javier, Eric and Israel they were so understanding and sympathetic to my problem, and even though it was a hard to resolve problem, Javier didn’t give up at finding resolution! It was a pleasure doing business with him and he made sure I left his store as a happy customer with my new bed being delivered day after tomorrow and my other bed being picked up and returned! Thanks a million Javier for being patient and understanding and fixing everything! My STRONG ADVISE TO ANYONE is DO NOT buy online! Go talk to any one of these gentle men in person, they will make the daunting experience purchasing a new mattress a breeze! Online and computer generated AI Technology will NEVER REPLACE humans! Thanks again Javier!

Always the tops with customer and education. It’s not so much selling us a bed as much as it is educating us what we may be looking for and why - and then letting us try all the beds we are interested in. A year ago we bought a mattress from Mattress Firm that was defective (not their fault) filled out the online warranty had it approved and then at the store Lincoln assisted us with the replacement! So easy! We are so excited about our new bed ! We feel we have made a thoughtful and educated choice. And got a deal!
