Our gas fireplace would start and stop. They came out and cleaned and adjusted, but it still was happening. They quickly came out and fixed it (no charge for 2nd visit). They have also helped us with treating our spa. Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

I purchased a Blaze King woodstove from Maupin's Stoves & Spas for my property in Lyle, Washington, located in High Prairie. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Every time I used the stove, it filled the house with smoke. Despite their multiple visits, the technicians insisted it was user error and treated me dismissively. We eventually sold the property, and the new owner now faces the same issue.
The lack of accountability and refusal to acknowledge a problem is appalling. It's disheartening to see a company prioritize their reputation over customer satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering Maupin's Stoves & Spas to think twice and explore alternative options in the Portland area.
The poor installation has not only caused inconvenience but has left the new owner in a difficult situation. Maupin's Stoves & Spas needs to take responsibility for their work, and potential customers deserve to be aware of these issues before making a purchase.
