ent appointment for 1:30pm arrived at the clinic at 1:45pm prior to that we called that we are going to be late will be at the clinic by 1:40 customer service called the clinic of the doctor to let them know they said that its alright just be there as early as we can. My client is using walker has severe dementia poor mobility too slow to walk but trying to be at her appointment just for the cleaning of her ears because the family decided to not have hearing aids cleaning may not change the condition of her hearing problem but its helps a little bit for a 96y/o. We arrived they check on the doctor if they will accept but they said they have patients waiting at there appointments its going to be 45mnis wait we accepted it because we are already there considering the a 96y/0 will have a hard time to come back again.from 1:45 to 2:45 we are just there waiting as if we dont exist patients are in and out the clinic. At 3pm i stood up to ask when will my client be called they said after the other client. My client is anxious on what is goin on why she is there etc. there patient went out but my client was not called again. I stood up told them are we goin to be called or not to let us know if we are goin to wait for his clients to all be seen and they will finally let us see dr ruffy. But they said we have to wait because he has a lot of clients so i told them too that my client is also a patient of dr ruffy at 1:30 our appointment turned to be a walk in time. They told us the manager can talk to us so i told them let the manager come out. Manager come out wants to talk to me while we where inside she said that that she will be seen so im surprise that suddenly they got our attention if i didnt to nothing we will be still waiting outside dont know how many hours more.i reported what happen to the services and the manager seems surprised as she told that she is confused of what is the conplain about its too obvious that they dont know whats goin on outside poor management. Manager apologize for what happened keeping and erderlly woman has a severe dementia cant barely walk dont know whats happening around here. All she has is me but the people you think they know everything capable of saving lives sometimes dont have a heart. They accept patients but cant give the best care for them. When the doctor steps in 3:30pm being friendly as if nothing happen i didnt say anything but this WHAT TOOK you SO LONG TO SEE HER? He answered caome again i said it again WHY TOOK YOU SO LONG DOCTOR TO SEE HER AND HE SAID I GOT A LOT of PATIENTS AND I SMILED and said SHE IS ALSO YOUR PATIENT SINCE 1:30 Doctor and he said i apologize for the delay.and even told us what can he do to us i said just give the care that she needs doctor. There is alot of doctors around that will care for you that have a heart as will no matter what and who you are.I am not an ordinary caregiver. Respect and do not judge people a liittle compassion to all the erderly. And Know who to prioritize.. have a heart on order to care.

I heartily recommend Dr. Ruffy. I had the full set of nasal procedures done: Functional septal rhinoplasty, nasal valve surgery, and turbinate reduction. Dr. Ruffy did not mince words and did explain the outcomes to me, and he nailed it. While the recovery took a little longer than expected, I can now breath out of the right side of my nose for the first time in 40 years. Great guy, great staff. Super helpful.

Had a great experience with Dr.Ruffy! He was engaged and would always listen. My surgery for deviated septum and adenoidectomy went really well, and the crew was always kind and supportive. Dr. Ruffy always brought a lot of energy and fun/jokes to our meetings which I really appreciated.
