Update: Over a year after I paid nearly $100 over several visits in order to stop others from buying spoiled drinks, the location has never reimbursed me.
Original: The coolers were down and the juice I drink needs to be refrigerated. I told the clerk, David, and be said he would take them down. After an hour, I returned to notice them still for sale. I purchased all of the remaining ones I could find to ensure they weren't sold as I have gotten sick when they spoil. David told me that he didn't have time to remove them but when I mentioned he went out to smoke when I left before, he said it was a "fat cloud", that he has never gotten sick from spoiled juice, would come to my job and tell me what to do and offered to sell me the other spoiled items I brought to him over an hour ago as an example. I bought those too and recorded my interaction, me disposing of the items and the cost of purchasing all of the items. I'm happy to share with his manager "Jessica" and the department of health.
