Martyn Howie from Howies Home Improvement did work for our condo HOA including sanding, prepping and restaining our decks. They also resurfaced our front porch. The team was knowledgeable, professional and did good work. We appreciated Howie's follow through on providing estimates, date when work would start and complete. We recently asked Howie to support estimates so we could look at our reserves. He provided current estimates on several items that won't require repair or replacement for several years.

Marty was fantastic. Professional and efficient. He came in to paint, but also fixed our fridge and hung blinds for us too!

We had Marty and the Max Painting team paint the interior of our house prior to listing it. They did excellent and professional work quickly and efficiently. 10/10 would recommend.
