We have the under cabinet lighting. Wonderful product. We have 13 units of the lighting in 2 different rooms. Beautiful lighting, with 3 options of color and intensity option as well. One unit malfunctioned after 2 years and the customer service was excellent to replace it.

I broke the glass globe of one of three lights I have over my island. They sent me a replacement (no cost, as a courtesy) and then when I asked about purchasing two more because the colors were a bit off, they sent me two more as a courtesy! Such wonderful customer service!

I had Maxim lights that were installed by a contractor. One of them failed after only 1 year. I called Maxim, explained the situation and they quickly sent me a replacement at no cost. The customer service was excellent.
