Doctor Mayhew is very caring and a good listener and attentive to your concerns! The office has a very peaceful atmosphere, and Doctor Mayhew always makes you feel relaxed, which is good for me as I get very nervous when I have to go to the doctor. I have nothing but praises for Doctor Mayhew!

I put off going to the Doctor for almost a decade because of anxiety. She was very understanding and easy to talk to. I could tell she actually cares about her patients. I highly recommend her.

No stars would be more accurate. Being new to the area I called to set an appointment for a wellness check (annual physical) after going in I saw Dr. Mayhew for a whole 3 minutes where all she did was tell me I needed to lose weight and then was told to make an appointment for a physical (WHICH I HAD). I went in for my physical a couple weeks later which went better than my first appointment (so I thought) after a few weeks I got two bills in the mail (about $300), I checked with my insurance before going that a physical would be covered under preventative (which it was) I called Dr. Mayhew's office to see why it wasn't billed as such... this is when the secretary told me that since I discussed my menstrual cycle that it was no longer preventative and had to be billed as an office visit. SINCE WHEN IS A WOMAN'S PERIOD NOT PART OF HER GENERAL HEALTH?!?! She then continued to tell me that "It is only $80 and that isn't even that much money." Since she is, you know... aware of what is and is not that much money to me. All this happened which was/is a real bummer... BUT the worst part is, my partner (who is a man) went in for the SAME exact reason as I (an annual physical) he got his physical on THE FIRST appointment as well as discussed his heart condition (which she referred him to a specialist) as well as his digestion issues (also got referred to a specialist) and all of his appointment was billed as preventative. I have no idea why we were treated so differently, all I know is that I hope Dr. Mayhew can sleep at night, because she is a terrible person and doctor. She is taking advantage of people for financial gain. I will never go back and I will always advise people to not come here.
