Huge disappointment. We were ready to accept his bid after doing our due diligence by getting three estimates. Leo got upset when he learned of this.He then teamed up with another person whom gave us a higher bid - so he won't honor his bid . He definitely lacked professionalism.

I have seen first hand the unprofessionalism that this contractor possesses. We had a few issues, Leo sent some guys to fix them and all the issues are back but worse. They nickel and dime you and look for the cheapest solution possible, not the RIGHT solution. I've worked in the home remodeling business for some time and the devil is in the details. Unfortunately, the small details were missed here. Sad.
