Worse and cheap customer service. Our washer was under warranty and they said they couldn’t help because we used the washer too much.

Purchased a Maytag washer for over $1000. The drum fell apart in less than 6 months. They refused to replace the washer and insisted on repair which took them almost a month to complete. Attitude from Maytag suggests this is not uncommon for them. Big regrets paying for Maytag.
