I had not visited this dealership before. I called an asked the receptionist if they could replace the battery in my remote for my Mazda. She was very polite and prompt and told me what to expect for cost.
When I arrived, I entered through the wrong entrance. I was almost immediately greeted by one of the managers who, upon learning my reason for being there, escorted me to the service desk. As soon as the service rep was off the phone, it replace my battery and it was less than I had been quoted on the phone.
The receptionist at the desk was very polite and friendly when she took my payment. Everyone seemed to be smiling and overall very happy to be at work.
As I left, the manager who first greeted me inquired if I had been taken care of and if there was anything else I needed.
Seriously, best experience I have ever had a dealership. I know where I'll be buying my next Mazda.
