The services were completed in time. However, there's lack of attention from operators that work directly with cars. Later in the afternoon I opened the front cover and found out they forgot to put a cap in one of the containers. This finding made me really anxious about the work they performed, and I had to double check they tightened all wheels correctly, and basically had to inspect my car and double check their work. This was time consuming and extenuating for me. As we know dealerships are more expensive than other many options, but one is willing to pay their price expecting certain level of quality on the service, and I found this experience kind of disappointing. Customer service was very helpful once I let them know about my issue, and they will deliver a new cap for me, which I really appreciate. Nevertheless, their quality is more reactive rather than preventive, which I consider they should work on. Thank you.
