This is thanks, in large part, to our exceptional host, manager Jeffrey Evans. From the moment we stepped into the store, we were greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. Jeffrey demonstrated an impressive knowledge of MB&F and its creative beginning. His expertise, hospitality, personalized attention, and genuine passion was so noteworthy. We can't wait to visit again!!

I would definitely want to highly commend and praise, as well as recommend Jeffrey Evans and the MB&F Lab in Beverly Hills for their amazing service and help! Jeffrey’s knowledge, time, and service are absolutely excellent. He has a very deep knowledge about the MB&F brand, including their various HM, LM, and LM EVO pieces. He takes a lot of time and care in explaining the various features and complications of an MB&F piece, with MB&F making some of the most amazing and beautiful timepieces you could ever imagine, many of which can be viewed and admired in their boutique in Beverly Hills. The MB&F Lab team has extensive knowledge in watchmaking and movement features that you cannot read online or find even at the manufacturers’ websites. Even after studying about MB&F and their machines, Jeffrey still surprised me with information I never knew. He has a deep passion for not only MB&F, but also watches and horology, and mainly in helping his clients. He completely understands that these watches are ones that someone will cherish and pass on as a family heirloom, and he takes time in making sure that you are getting the perfect piece, and one that you will cherish and treasure for years. Any questions I had, no matter how big or small, he would respond to me immediately. He always made himself available and would work around my schedule to find time to talk and answer questions. I can definitely say that he does not see clients and customers, but rather treats established and even potential customers and clients as friends and family from day one, and will do everything in his power to make sure you are happy with your watch purchase. The MB&F Lab has not only some of the greatest watches, but also amazing art, and is a really special and unique place for any watch fan and is a must see! I give the MB&F Lab my strongest recommendation and hope that anyone looking for a beautiful high-end piece definitely checks them out!
