From Jean and Marie Charles. We are writing this review to express our sincere thanks to the law firm of MBK Chapman. In our legal nightmares with the Isles at Wellington Community Association Inc., most specifically, the Estates, we retained the law firm of MBK Chapman to help us regain our civil right that was being violated with constant harassment, retaliations, and selective reinforcement from the Estates HOA board.

My husband and I, we were very stunned with the care, attention and professionalism displayed by our attorney, Eric Seidmon. Mr. Seidmon followed up promptly and answered questions in details in order to help us in our decision making process.

The firm is outstanding, each staff members Victoria Spiegel, Emily Cairns, Rachele Sweetser, and Renee Lawsin are very pleasant and courteous. After months of hard work and dedication of Eric Seidmon, Esquire, and the entire staff, we are happy with the result. We will definitely recommend this law firm, MBK Chapman to my friends and families.

Horrible crooks. Filing Malpractice and California Bar Formal Complaints against this horrible firm. Don’t even think about retaining them. Will be alerting the Orange County Media as well.

Update : 11/2/23: the Case has NOT been dismissed by the California Bar Association who is now aware of the LIE made by the Owner of this firm that the case was dismissed. The slanderous and untrue and unethical and unprofessional comments made by this Owner towards me have also just been turned over to Prosecutors who will determine which exact laws and ethics have now been further committed by this Firm.

Trish Marquez was excellent, but this low rating is attributed to the attorney who assisted or did not assist me. I was talking to him as if I am talking to the other party's attorney. Finding excuse for the HOA that I am after...discrediting what I know for a fact.

He needs to go back to law school !

I could not reply to the owner, so I edit my initial review. I reached out to your firm to seek legal advice Not support for the HOA. Not sure if expert or not, but I am not interested in paying $375 for your firm to tell me HOA has the right to do "selective enforcement" and violate my constitutional rights despite the fact that I forwarded all the facts and evidence and photos of prejudicial treatment comparing yards belonging to my neighbors vs mine. He is negating the facts ( me talking to homeowners who did not get similar letters and discrediting their testimony) and i informed him that 2 separate companies can testify on my behalf, his reply was "it does not matter" . The HOA decision must reign. Then why i reached out to you ? ..A very poor strategist, a bad advisor and i rate him as a "d" student if I was his teacher in law school...he needs to go back to law school and learn about how to be on the plaintiff side given the witnesses and facts ,Not give excuses for the defendant side given the preponderance of the evidence unless he is planted in your firm by Florida HOAs.

Update as of 7 Nov 2023 After talking with Ms Lawsin from mbk Chapman, I realized that this firm is indeed good and professional and has the sincerest interest and the professional relationship with the customers. The firm apologized for the less than professional experience I had and took efforts to rectify. It just happened that the attorney in question did not work for me. After all, just because one finds one small stone in a good and large bag of rice does not render the entire bag of rice bad.
