We always used to go to this px, I thank God we are doing pcs. The new employees are super tough and definitely hate working and I'm talking specifically about the gun area. They can't even give you a receipt. If you buy your gun, make sure you ask for the receipt and that they send you one by mail because if not, they will not help you get another one. Def go to the other one on base.

Always get the typical “ just go online or call this number answer” every time I go in store employees cannot help me. During an mis priced item I took a picture of the item tag and item on the shelf and was told by the checkout employee I needed to go back and get the employee the UPC code before they could help me. I guess I don’t understand why that became my responsibility as I already took a picture of the price tag and item for the cashier. Customer service here has been non existent here in my last few visits.

Place stinks, you can get cheaper stuff on amazon or walmart and they barely have any USAF shirts, just a bunch of boring Joint shirts and golf shirts. You'd think they'd have an abundance of AF stuff, but they don't. Save your money and buy online or walmart.
