We took a ticket/number as the signage indicated...however a guy walked in on the phone and without a ticket/number and got helped first. If being loud is what it takes to be serviced and not following the signage just remove the expensive electronic touch screen ticket/number distributer...could help when budget cuts hit. However when I spoke up we were taken care of and done so with good enough customer service.

RV parking is BEFORE getting near the visitor center. There is a pullout on the right about a hundred yards out. I know every base has their procedures but this one took a very long time to process a simple visitor pass. Very tight getting through the turns with a large rig.
