Service has gone downhill. My bf had called to make appointment for Monday like they had asked and when he arrived Leslie mentioned that she didn't like my review and showed him my Yelp review.
Would've appreciated if they had the courtesy to tell us then and there that they're not able to provide service anymore instead of allowing him to make an appointment and then refusing service once he arrives. Apparently they don't respect people's time.
It's absolutely her right to refuse service but why waste his time. He had to take PTO on a weekday and drove from LA to be turned away.
Instead of trying to remediate the situation and earn a better review she rather cut ties. I understand that she can't get any scratches due to her current condition so I'm not blaming her in any way just that the situation was handled poorly.
