Good experience with Bill, and installer Beau, replacing our master bedroom and stairwell carpet with engineered red oak. While it took a while to get the product and have it installed (we purchased from the annual sale and lots of customers were ahead of us), the job was done skillfully by workmen who were pleasant and respectful of our home. The end product is beautiful! We will go back to McCrory to put the same flooring in another bedroom.

I had to replace a great deal of flooring due to a water leak. McCrorie (Bill!) was very responsive and helpful with expediting all the paperwork and getting the job scheduled. The installer (Joe!) was the best ever. He came as scheduled despite snow; he worked without a helper (who couldn't get there due to snow), he communicated, was tidy and friendly. Joe was the best! It took him 6 long days but he did a great job, explained things to me, and was always friendly. I can't say enough about Bill and Joe!
