Tim and Gar built our house in Lake Chelan and did a wonderful job. The site is difficult to work with - on a steep lot overlooking the water - but they didn’t shy away from that. Their work is top quality, they were incredibly communicative, and made great decisions even without us (since we don’t live full time in Chelan). They’ve also gone above and beyond in terms of helping us with fixes and connecting us with appropriate service people after the house was built. I’ve worked with other construction companies and they are the best - saved us lots of money and plenty of headaches.
