Went in in the afternoon around 230pm to get quick food, ordered regular quarter pounders on the app (nothing added or removed). And had to wait 15 minutes or more for my order.
If it's not fast then where is the value?

The whole point of fast food is to get your food fast. This particular McDonalds has serious problems with that notion of fast food, in making customers wait to place their orders for up to ten to fifteen minutes at times. In addition, it appears so many McDonalds have undergone restaurant changes to allow more privacy to the kitchen workers by covering up the kitchen and reducing the number of cashiers and registers available which was once readily and openly visible giving it more of a restaurant type feel. And this change, I feel, contributes to the length of time it takes to be attended to. I go to McDonalds for fast food, not for a dining experience.
