Wasted my time not in a rude way though i went to order at Mcdonalds on my way way from school cause my family member passed away so this might make feel better but then when I ordered they handed me the wrong receipt they handed me a uber receipt i know it wasn’t the employee fault it was the machine so then i waited 30 minutes and a employee asked what i was waiting for i handed her the receipt she said she handed it out because i got the wrong receipt I'm not the type of person to get mad but i did I didn’t say anything and left but next time please look at the receipt before handing it out to the costumer.

I hate being forced to use technology to place my order. I miss the personalized, convenient, customer friendly McDonald's. Support your Seniors better, McDonald's, we were there when you started and throughout the years.

Normally I get good service at drive thru but today the woman who took my order had an attitude problem and snapped at me for asking the cost. She told me very rudely "see you at the window" . You're making 20 an hour now, you get paid enough to be nice. Don't be rude to me for no reason.
