Extremely slow staff. Took them 15 minutes to get me and my husband a black iced coffee and a Iced sugar free vanilla coffee. Observed a major health code violation during my visit. Spoke to a male manager about the health code violation and he gave me an I don't care attitude. His excuse was they were shorthanded today, but they were focused only on the drivethru and ignoring customers inside the restaurant. This location needs to learn proper customer service. This location honestly should be completely restaffed and all current employees terminated. Until things change at this location we will not being visiting it again. It's obvious the franchise owner isn't checking the location like they should be. Anyone with half a brain would be able to pinpoint all the issues timely and efficiently. I'll patronize the victorville locations where they actually know how to run A restaurant and take care of customers.

I deliver food for a living and pick up more times than I would like to . Getting someone out of 12 employees on click to actually help you or even pretend to pay attention to you is beyond disrespectful. Fast is not in their fast food title . In addition the employees make you feel like you are putting them out for being there. You will do better going through the drive through in my opinion. They charged me $1.69 for a semi large ice water.
