First of all walk in, flies everywhere couldn’t walk five feet without walking through five or so swarms. Make our order, have to explain it three times. Wait forever but it was dinner time but we were the only ones inside. Get food. Two out of three meals wrong or missing items. Couldn’t get it fixed. Only reason we came in was that the kids got to pick dinner. Last time here!

Orders drive through pickup, used 4500 points for a large frap. At the window I was told the frap machine wasn’t working. I asked if I could get my points back and they said no and offered me another drink. I asked for a large iced caramel latte, they said that was fine. I waited patiently another 10 minutes for the to bring it out to me. They brought out a small hot cappuccino. Absolutely no flavor or sweetener. Horrible customer service.
But the fries were good lol

This is the dirtiest and most disgusting McDonald’s I ever ever seen. Bathrooms disgusting, all the glass and doors disgusting, soap has ran out in the bathroom and there’s splattered food all over the ordering kiosks. I won’t come back here until it is under better management
