Had one of the WORST customer service experiences of my life at this location. I put in a mobile order for counter pick up on my way to work. When I got there the lobby was closed for construction so I had to sit thru the long drive thru line. When I got to the window I showed the lady my order # and confirmation. She said they didnt have my order, I say okay well I paid for it- and it said order confirmed so can I get the food I paid for? - she REFUSED! I showed her the page that I was at the right location and confirmation of payment and just kept repeating they didnt get the order.. like okay fine but I PAID so can I get what I paid for? There was no attempt whatsoever to try and resolve the problem. Just basically telling me I’m SOL. It was absolutely ridiculous and at that point I was going to be late for work so I couldnt sit there and try to reason with this rude lady with the IQ of a bull frog. Horrible. Never going back to thia location.

Me and my Fiancé ordered McDonalds using their mobile app for pick up at the front counter. We just moved here and we were not aware of was that this McDonald's front counter was closed. We went through the drive through to get our food since the counter was closed and they had already cleared out our order from their system as the had already made it. They asked us for our order numbers over the intercom but we did not have these as they had already cleared out the order. The person on the intercom was so quiet i basically could not hear them. We ended up pulling forward and explaining to the person the situation. They told us we would have to order again and set it to the drive through and not the front counter. After several minutes of arguing over the insanity of paying for food a second time when we had no idea their lobby was closed he went and looked and our food was magically already made. We pull to the next window and get our food and it was all very cold, probably because we had been arguing with the employee in the drive through line for several minutes after it was made. The employees here lack professionalism and do not know how to treat their customers. I would recommend not touching this McDonalds location with a 100 foot pole.

Spent 23 min in drive through then was told to wait out front. The caramel frappe came with the caramel and whip cream smashed against the lid. Made a mess in my car and they did not even give me a single napkin. I did complete the survey on the receipt, but like others I doubt it’ll matter. I wont be back until I see in the reviews they got there stuff together. Very disappointing.
