This past week have been to 3 different McDonald's. First I on Market Street: order sausage biscuits and ice tea sweet, biscuits was so hard you couldn't eat them and cold. 2 on North Hamilton: order egg mcmuffins cold and English muffin so hard. 3 Highway 2 order chicken nuggets 20 pack cold and tasted burn ( needed to clean oil). Asked for sauce didn't get any. All three's food was way past the hold time. Won't be back to any of the ones in town as owned by same family. Maybe the need to be retrained.

Took drive thru staff way to long to take my order… I was on the inner lane and watched them deal with four people in the outer lane by the time this staff could take the first part of my order. I only ordered four mcchickens…… then after asking me if there was anything else took several minutes to reply after I asked for fries with sorry.. why am I at a drive-through and there are a complacent adult running, McDonald’s is really going downhill isn’t it ice cream machines are always broken and full of complacently staff.

Waited 25 min for 2 mc doubles and a large fry. Got cold food. And while I was waiting I couldn't even use the bathroom cuz they were locked! So I will never return to this one or any other McDonald's, ever! To expensive and service sucks!
