Was told they shut their friers and grills off at 10:40 and asked if I’d be ok to have them wait to turn back on and make my food. I said yes since hours shows they close at 11pm. So why they are closing and shutting things down 20 min before close is beyond me. Food is always undercooked and is making me think this will be the last time I come to this location… And this isn’t the first, nor second, Or third time this has happened in the past 6 months. Do not come here. Terrible chain of McDonald’s. Owner does not care. Just wants the money and employees have showed that exact message.

Horrible manager. They charged me $24 for 3 ice cream cones and a drinkk. When I went to get my money back they tried saying that I got my food from a different store. All i wanted was my money they took. Only refunded half of what they stole from me. I will never give them my business again.

My husband and I have been going to the same McDonald's for the past six months. We just moved into the area. We go up to get ice cream cones but not any more. We ordered our cones while waiting behind four cars, when we got to the window we discovered that our cones had been made at the time off ordering. Not cool guys, the cones were melting all over and you didn't offer to remake them. Tonight we thought we would try the fries again. Last time they were soft, tonight we ordered a super size, large, fry. What we got was a half container of fries they actually made us pull up and wait for. That would not have been bad if we had gotten it full order.

So we are pretty much done with McDonald's. Sorry...
