I'm a bit disappointed with the changes taking place at McDonald's. For the regular hamburger and cheeseburger, it used to be the burger pretty much covered the bun, but not any more. And they are too over cooked. The last several times (too many time) the drive thru service (other than Mr Steve) and been quite disappointing as many of the the people just don't seem to care that I chose to spend my money at McD's when in all actuality, I can go to a sit down restaurant and get a much better burger for about the same cost as a meal, and they thank me for my patronage. Post Falls Mcd's needs a bit of a bump in their customer service, mostly with the younger employees.

The food is disgusting and there is ZERO customer service. No welcome, no eye contact and it's rare to see an employee. This place is the physical manifestation of depression. If the building could kill itself, it probably would.

To be fair... the general theme of lingering suicide is the same at most places these days...

Placed an order for a breakfast sandwich as i was on my way to mcdonalds. it was 10:26 when I placed the order and I ordered it ahead because I knew I would be too late to order in person but I really wanted a sandwich. Paid and thought I was in the clear, but turns out that was not the case. As I am about to turn into Mcdonalds the clock strikes 10:30 and my order is instantly cancelled. Extremely stupid because my order was placed before 10:30. If I was in the drive through and ordered at 10:26, if I didn’t arrive at the window until after 10:30 would they tell me I’m SOL and cancel my order? Unlikely. Do all the breakfast items suddenly vanish into thin air once the time hits right? This isn’t Cinderella. If the order is placed BEFORE 10:30, I should still receive my order even if it becomes ready AFTER 10:30. Were you not preparing my order once it was received? Were you mid prep and once 10:30 hits “Oh well I guess we have to stop here folks”. Absolutely absurd.
