The manager took our order and was extremely rude to us. Had such a poor attitude. All because we had to place our order at the register because we have never used the auto order boards before. I did not expect that for a place as awesome as Port Townsend. Just such a shockingly poor attitude! WOW!!

The workers don't acknowledge customers who are waiting at the front counter to order. They simply look at you and turn back to what they were doing. Whether it's getting an order bagged for a previous customer or playing with an almost empty whipped cream bottle by spraying a tiny amount onto a co-workers hand and when they're finally finished with whatever it is they were doing, THEN they deal with the lobby customers. . Also, their registers are constantly having issues recognizing codes for already paid for orders when using coupons on the app. Having to go back and redo it just to find out that there's a 15-minute wait time between coupon codes is extremely frustrating. I feel like if I can prove that it's the app that's malfunctioning and not an error on my part, they should automatically honor said coupon. No hesitation. No questions asked. I don't have time to wait 15 more minutes in order to use a coupon.

Never open on time! Happened to me twice now. Try to grab a bit before catching the ferry. The app and the google all have the opening time as 6:00 am. Yet, the person inside just shake head and wave me off! Very disappointed!
