I'd give ZERO if I could. Still in shock writing this post. Ordered a fish filet and fries to get home to open this. A warm giant pack of, who knows what. How is this acceptable? How is this place still in business? What kind of employees and management is over seeing this? After talking to the manager he apologized and only refunded my money for the sandwich. Not the rest of my meal and the drive time to and from home for the inconvenience. While in the waiting room I wanted to express to the others to make sure they check their order before they leave. One guy said "oh ya they mess up all the time." And I said I'm sure they do but this is bad. It's not like forgetting to take off the tomato. This place needs to be investigated and employee reprimanded. This is NOT acceptable for anyone. This was deliberate!. All I got in return was a sorry. A return of 5.05 cents and a coupon for another free sandwich. Be aware of this location.
