On two different occasions I used the app to order my food. Both times I ordered root beer for my drink. The first time I got Diet Coke instead and still was told by the drive thru worker that it was root beer. Second time I get Dr Pepper and was told again by the worker it’s root beer .
How? Like seriously they don’t even smell the same. Atleast I got the correct food.. I recommend going to a different McDonald’s or going inside so you can fill your own drink up.
Ridiculous.
DON’T RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS LOCATION! I order online, went through the drive-thru. They gave me a bag with only half my order and looked at me like why are you still here. After I said I’m missing food, They proceeded to look at the screen give me another bag and still was missing food. If I’m ordering online I’m expecting to have everything I ordered. If you order any sauces, they don’t give them to you and give you attitude if you ask for it. Also if you order sprite they give you water. There shouldn’t be confusion! Everyone seems to be lost there! They don’t communicate with each other or the customer! I’ve been to this location multiple times and it seems to be getting worst. Go at your own risk!
