I just ordered a sandwich and I waited for more than 25 minutes. After all that waiting, an employee told me that the crispy chicken is not ready, that take longer . I Saw the servers take care more than 10 customers who was ahead of them, and I have to leave whithout getting my order which I paid for it …

OMG! The health department should close this location! The employees are rude and look like they could hit someone; no lie. Someone asked for a refill of a large drink and they were told no and showed everyone including rude employee that empty cup was filled to top with nothing but ice; so mainly ice and little soda. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese (plain & NO salt) and large fry (NO salt) and i received guess what? A quarter pounder with cheese with too much salt and burnt fries with salt. Employee wanted to argue with me until i showed the salt crystals on the fries. It is very apparent employees do not want to be working there and show it with expression and action. The place was dirty. There were not even any homeless like usual and yet the place looked like a dump. Lastly, while waiting, i saw employee handle cash register and then go bag food with no gloves on. 2 employees were handling food and drinks with no gloves on. The health department really needs to close this location.

Another McDonald's in this area without the standard amenities found in pretty much every other state. No plugs for charging, have to ask for basic things like napkins because they're all hidden.... California sucks. They can't figure out their homeless problem, which already sucks. But it also means everyone else has to deal with the inconveniences that comes with.
