I received poor customer service from Yesenia M this morning. I went up to the counter to ask for water for my son and she didn't even have the courtesy to say anything to me. She walked away. Another worker started to approach the front desk to help me, but Yesenia told her I asked for water. Even when Yesenia walked out the building she had a mug on her face. This should not be how mcdonalds is represented. You are paying these workers more money for them to treat your customers horrible. I would like to discuss this matter with regional manager.

took 40 minutes in the bakersfield heat to get my MOBILE ORDER 😭 even trying to prepare for the heat in advance AND going inside. i could have gone through the drive through 57 times before i even got my mobile order( FOR PICKUP) and the fries are cold so please just please let me know what took so long i just wanna know at this point 😭
