Crap service, rude workers at the window. On my birthday September 2, the McDonald’s app informed me I could have a free item and there was a small list of things I could choose from so during my lunch break at work I went to the drive thru and requested the small iced coffee which was on the list. The person in the speaker must have argued with me for 5 whole minutes trying to convince me that getting a free iced coffee wasn’t a thing on birthdays even after I told her I was looking right at the app that said I could and finally she said “pull forward and talk to the manager.” Manager hid on the side Of the window out of view but made sure I heard her say “the only thing u can have is a free burrito.” I tried showing them the app message on my app saying I could have a free small iced coffee and she wouldn’t even look at it and stayed hidden, I couldn’t even see her. I said well why does it say on ur app then? She said “idk Call the number” and they closed the window. I deleted the app and left.
