Downtown puyallup: Stood at the kiosk for 15 mins not knowing how to do it because it said everything was not available

Finally went to counter and waited for another 5 mins to get someone's attention Was ignored by 3 employees. Poor customer service. We asked about why everything on the kiosk board was not available. Just to be told that all their drinks were out because of a water pipe bursting. They should have put a sign on the kiosk stating drinks were not available I will never will step foot in that place again. Rude employees. No help

Went to burger King instead, "Were we got courtesy help and the food was alot better

Ordered through the app went up to the kiosk. Said to pick a table and they will bring it out. Waited twenty five minutes for them to bring me my food. french fries where ice cold and the burger wasn't much better. Brought out by the lady manager with a ponytail. Ask her where my cup was. She said to go up front and get it yourself. Thus, leaving my food unattended on the table while I had to go pour myself A soft drink that they were supposed to do for me. I asked the manager to please replace my ice Cold fries and she had an attitude about it. Didn't apologize or anything.Just slapped them down and told me to throw the other ones away. By far the worst McDonald's, I have ever been to.

Excellent fast late at night can be found here. They are usually quick courteous and good. It's double drive thru and well trained team get the crowd of cars through McDonald's drive through. Talent here.
