I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received during a recent visit to your establishment. Despite the fact that the sauces were clearly listed on my receipt, the manager vehemently refused to provide them. When I politely asked for the sauces, the female manager responded with aggression, snatching the receipt from my hands and demanding an additional payment of $1.50 for three sauces—again, these items were already included in my original purchase.
I implore the management to seriously consider the behavior and professionalism of their staff. The service I encountered was more fitting of a roadside diner in a third-world country, not a reputable establishment like McDonald’s.
Please take appropriate action to ensure that such an experience is not repeated.
