Racial discrimination! I saw the young male clerk offer free drink refill to a white woman. I immediately went over to ask, but was rejected! I saw comments saying that free refills are not allowed. But I didn't expect that they were completely based on the color!

Ordered one iced coffee, was given a soda instead, came back around and waited in the drive thru line again to ask for the correct item and the employees were very confused about my request and kept asking for the receipt to see “how to make it”. They eventually gave me another drink after checking the receipt to see what it was and it was still completely wrong. Not a good experience.

They messed up half our order and forgot multiple items. When I called to ask for a refund on them missing items they told me I had to come back to the location with the receipt to get a refund despite me having ordered through the app. Then he hung up on me and refused to pick up when I tried to call back multiple times. Kind of insane to have a worldwide chain that can't refund items when doordash and Uber eats can. Rude employee and disappointing quality of service.
