I ordered a sandwich with bacon and after eating part of it and realizing it was missing I asked for it to be remade. The manager said no since I had eaten part of it. This is the 3rd time I have paid for the bacon and they have forgotten it. I usually have driven away and it’s not worth driving back. This time I asked and he refused.

This McDonald's has great potential. They need the drink machine and ordering kiosk to be 4 stars. My bacon barbecue chicken sandwich was delicious, but they forgot the bacon. The chicken was moist and wonderful. The SW chicken salad had the same great chicken and a lovely variety of greens, beans, carrots, and corn. Their only diet soda was coke. The not diet varieties we're limited too. I watched the order taker spend too much time communicating with a customer who was a communication challenge.

On an incredibly hot day, one that was predicted last month, it is really disappointing to have not only a broken down soft serve machine but also a broken slush machine. We got a full refund. The employees were great about it. The owner, not so much.
