I have been a Macnoland customer for years and enjoyed food & service in lots of locations, but this location is the worst. Yesterday, we ordered a big mac and spicy crispy chicken, fries, with some Ranch and grape sauces, but they didn't give us enough sauces. When I showed them the official receipt and requested missing sauces, the man at the counter first gave me a look with contempt, then he refused and insisted I pay for them, like I was some kind of jerk. How ridiculous! I was just requesting what I already paid for! At the end, the manager came out and reluctantly gave me the missing sauces. Later my friend and I both got nausea like some kind of food poison and realized it's from the sauces they gave us!

Very good Korean food in town, since it opened, I came every other week at least. Friendly staff, excellent service, hearty food, I love the tofu soup, pancake, free side dishes, fried fish, also like the environment
