this wasn’t something that happened to me, but my dawg went there and yall forgot his sauce. which is messed up. he had to raw dog some mcnuggets and i can’t look past that

Food was cold. When I approached the drive-thru, manager kept on stating that I put my online order in at another location and not theirs in TUMWATER. So we had a back and forth argument until I showed my receipt in my email for him to finally acknowledge he was actually wrong. But just the fact we had a back and forth about it was completely unprofessional. Also, when he gave me my food, it was cold and gross. We threw it out instead of eating it. Wasn’t worth it.

UPDATE: I've gone to this location 3 more times since my first review and every single time was a fail.
The last time on 8/9/2024, they made my order wrong not once but TWICE! It was ONE item with THREE ingredients, how hard is THAT???
Went here yesterday morning and ordered sausage McMuffin well toasted and the last at the window was very friendly and let me know that they had put the English muffin through the toaster an extra time. It was just the way I like it and I didn't get a hard time from the staff like I get at the Lakewood town center location when I order it special. This one will be my regular stop from now on!
