Bad experience waited for my order for more than 25 minutes because their system crashed. I waited but nobody from inside said anything to help us we had to say something lobby was full. My Fries cold the buns were hard didn’t have no onions no Mac sauce no lettuce . Lettuce looks old

This is the worst McDonald's ever. I have eaten at hundreds of McDonald's in my lifetime and I do not exaggerate when I say that about this location. I don't usually write reviews on fast food places but the district manager or corporate need to look into this place.
I ordered hamburgers and big macs and the patties were freezer burned and actually SNAPPED when touched. They were hard and dry and dusty. I'm not even kidding. I will be reporting it to corporate. The franchisee should be ashamed, they are tarnishing the brand's name by operating this way. An absolute disgrace. I would give it a 0 if I could. Never eating here again, and it's a new location too which makes it even worse.

Prices are way, way too high. I went into the drive through as a car was in the other drive through lane. Pulled up to the speaker and no one greeted me. The other car was helped, then a new car drove up to the other speaker and they took their order before mine. So I said hello and then someone finally get on the speaker and says can I please hold so they could help the other customer that came AFTER ME!! I made my order and asked for now whipped cream on my frap, and for the second time they still put it on. It even says on the receipt that's on my drink no whipped cream! I show a photo of it.
