I ordered 4 MCchickens and one hamburger happy meal and asked for ketchup ranch and bbq and just got 3 packets of ketchup and one ranch and bbq I asked for more and she said one for the whole order and that additional would be charge I told her where does it say that and she just said the owner she walked away yet the other worker over heard the conversation and gave me my drink handing me more ketchup ! Now no where in there drive through it says additional condiments there would be a charge .

I don't know if sose fina is a manager or an absolute angel... On what is proving to be one of the worst few days of my life, that girls light is so strong she actually pierced through my darkness. On such a simple matter, as I didn't understand How to use all the rewards I have been stacking up on the app And was very frustrated with myself and everything else. But I was quickly humbled By something so simple ..... her willingness to be patient with me and show me even though I was impatient and upset It really Kind of is my pain if only for a moment. Sosafina, From the bottom of my heart thank you For helping me order my 2 quareters pounders and French fries.

This place was busy in the drive-thru not inside. The cashier unfortunately didn't have a clue to the specials that they are running at the moment. The lady before me was ordering and the guy wasn't really customer service material. He wasn't really knowledgeable nor try and help the lady. I had answered her question that she asked to him since she was older and needed a little kindness. My food that I ordered was prepared properly. The sandwich was thrown together and the fries tasted as the oil needed to be changed and they were cold. I've worked for mc donalds at 1 point in my life and we always honored the customer with grace and appreciation that they even decided to spend their money with us. As a restaurant team and management you should always have the employees updated on the specials and teach them how to have kindness with a customer that is in need. Not sure of I would go back to this place or not. Sad to say but the truth.
