NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE. 12/7/2022 8PM. See the picture of male staff is treating customer badly. I came to pick up order. Was standing in front of pickup side for 20 minutes. Staff was walking around but ignored customers. They walked by but didn’t ask me a word. The female staff ignored them take other orders. The male staff ignored as well. I told the male staff I am picking up. He said pls wait, then walked away. I was the first in line. Then 2 other customers stepped in after me. After another 10 minutes I told the male staff I’ve been standing here 15 minutes and they have to serve people who ordered first (first come first serve) but they ignored people who is already ordered, then taking others. So very greedy. The male staff then gave orders to the 2 customers after me, but ignored me. Didn’t say a word. I decided to just left! Never come back!
