Exceptional friendly customer service. I will always go to the McDonald's located off of Ming Ave & McDonald Way. Although I do have a few McDonald's closer to home, I prefer the friendliest service of them all at Ming Ave. Service with the smile, no matter how hectic the day is, with lots of customers at the Drive up window. In reference to your McCrispy, it's very plain. I was disappointed, I wasn't aware that it didn't include any mayonnaise unless I requested it. The chicken tastes good, but next time, I will order the Deluxe McCrispy Chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, mayo & pickles. I'm looking forward to trying it again. Great value at a fair price for only the chicken sandwich.
I never do reviews but I have to make an exception with this visit. I was so pleasantly surprised with all three of the workers that helped me at this restaurant. They were so polite, which you don’t see to often, unfortunately, with young people and they actually had smiles on their faces! The food was prepared nicely not slapped together. I went through the drive thru and was asked to park in parking spot #1. When the young man brought my food out to me he made sure that they had gotten everything in the bag. He even wished me a blessed day. I hope that the manager knows how fortunate she or he is to have these three working for the company.
