McKenzie Conservation Area

Nice area. However, I missed a picnic table, trash can (apparently need, there was dog poo laying around), and a fireplace.

This place must be one of the best kept secrets in the Spokane area! We've been hiking here a long time and neve heard of it. But now we've been, enjoyed the nice wooded trails, and the scenic drive both ways to get in/out.

This Area is so beautiful. Next to the Newman Lake. The trails weren't too difficult, tho there is a stretch that's a bit steep, and well marked. Great for a short jaunt. Get Those steps in. Equestrian friendly.
