I cannot emphasize what an easy experience I had. The attention to detail and assistance was remarkable but what stood out to me was the sincere compassion and concern provided by Bridget and Elizabeth. It's obviously something no one ever wants to go through, but having had to, they made the experience much easier, leaving me the ability to better deal with other undertakings during this period of grief. Thank you.

McKenzie mortuary personnel were excellent in helping myself and family and dealing with the death of my mother. They provided resources, excellent counseling, and overall fantastic support. I highly recommend them.

McKenzie is one of the mortuaries that works cooperatively with the Brain Support Network and individuals who want to donate their brain for science research after they pass. I helped my dad arrange for this brain donation several years ahead of his death. Ken and the team there could not have been more helpful, caring, and fair before, during, and after Dad passed.
