If I could give them 0 stars I would. We hired McKinley Irvin to help with difficult DV situation and divorce for our daughter. We were assigned to Caitlin Royse. Brent Bohan represented us at the first hearing, he was great and great at communicating. After that, commincation was difficult and then Caitlin kept bleeding us dry on unnecesssary motions, not giving her options on how to proceed. Whe she did ask for specific motion, we had to force her to file it, and then she talked her out of it. We had to discuss with one of the partners, David Bascoe, how we felt our case was being handled a few times. We did not get very far with that. The firm only wanted their exorbitant trial retainer. When it came close to the trial, they withdrew and didn't even let her know that her restraining order was expired. They didn't offer to reinstate either. They will bleed you dry and leave you just before trial when you can't get any other firm to represent because there isn't enough time. DO NOT RECOMMEND - STAY AWAY FROM THEM - THEY HAVE NO ETHICS

Nathan Julius is amazing, knowledgeable and comforting! He has been a terrific support every step of the way through a difficult case with many stressful moments. Everyone at McKinley Irvin has been so helpful through this whole process.

I worked with Brent Bohan for almost two years on my divorce. He was recommended to me by a lawyer friend and it was clear from the beginning that I had made the right choice in attorney. I loved that Brent represented me because he was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and diligent. He helped me feel at ease through the whole process. Furthermore, I am very happy with the result he helped me achieve. His paralegal Lindsey also deserves credit because she was incredibly efficient, easy to work with, and helpful!
