This is a peaceful and quiet trail with plenty of tall trees, nature, and a pond with beaver dams. It is nestled away from the noise of the city but a quick drive out off of Delphi Road. There are two main trails and each is very easy even for a beginner or children. (One at.about 3/4 mile and one at maybe 2 miles) Watch out for the white flowers though. They have sharp nettles. A nice short afternoon walk.

Easy walk to do with young children. There are a few different trails and a couple different loops (one with an alternate/shorter path). There are benches and viewing areas along the trails to rest at if needed. Public bathrooms and a covered area with picnic tables are both located near the parking lot and close to the start of the trails.

Wow, what a great loop trail. We saw so much! A ton of newts, mushrooms, birds, evidence of beavers, geese, and more. The flowers were starting to bloom, we found trillium. There was a really neat Grove of old trees that had been forested and so there were giant giant stumps and the kids had so much fun playing there for an hour in the middle of our walk. They called it the playground.
