Lisa was great. Took my order to exact specifications. My order came in earlier than expected. Rob, the transportation supervisor, arranged everything very well and quickly. All I had to do was choose the day and time range provided once the order came in. Straight to the point. That is business should be. Friendly but no agonizing small talk. Brandon and Daniel were very nice at the delivery. Shoes off at the door, unwrapped, cleaned up and placed the chair. All I had to do was open when they arrived and close the door after they left to enjoy my new chair.

We ordered a number of pieces from McLeary’s and after a few months of anticipation, our pieces finally arrived! Both the quality and the look of these furniture far exceeded our expectations. Every piece is made with high quality real maple wood and are even more gorgeous than we had imagined.We are also sincerely grateful for the exceptional customer service that Cam had provided us. Because of our inaccurate measurement the bed frames we had initially ordered did not fit into our bed rooms. Cam was very resourceful and patient in helping us find an alternative that could meet our needs and made financial sense.Both my wife and I are sincerely touched by the McLeary’s team and Cam’s attitude in putting customers first. We really had a great experience shopping at McLeary’s!

In 2016 we purchased a Van Gogh sofa from McLearys. Over the last year we had a couple of instances where the spring let go from the frame causing a slight sag. The sofa is otherwise like new so we inquired locally for Sofa repair and were quoted $800for the repair. I thought I would also reach out to McLearys to see if they could recommend someone to do the repair. To my surprise, Cam at McLearys advised that there is warranty on the sofa and they would follow up with Van Gogh. Not only did Van Gogh confirm they would do the repair under warranty , but McLearys also covered the cost of shipping the sofa to Van Gogh and the subsequent return.
Wow! That is absolutely outstanding service. Mclearys is a first class company and they have a customer for life. I have also told friends who were equally impressed. Thank you Cam for service second to none. You’re a rock star in my books.
