Rip off, called for service, was told fee to come inspect. No problem. I gave the information on I phone about my units and also the model numbers and serial numbers. Tech came out, looked at the model numbers and said units too old, can't get parts. They could have told me that when I gave the information over the phone.

The repair guy was nice enough but he left the dishwasher area a complete mess and did not even put it back into the compartment in the counter. You can see the hose is out and the latches are not even flush, so we have to pull the washer back out to at least put it in the counter for Christmas this weekend. They charged to tell us he could not repair it but left a bigger mess than when he came. Even if it couldn’t be repaired, he didn’t have to leave our kitchen a mess…

One day at 4:30 called to replace my refrigerator. After describing what was available, I picked one sight unseen. They delivered next morning 9:00 am. Couldn’t believe how fast, knowledgeable, and efficient they were.
During Covid lockdown couldn’t find a repairman for any amount of money. A YouTube appliance guy said buy your appliance where they will fix it. That’s my mantra from now on😅. Will be going back.
